The Hallo Welt! GmbH is one of the leading specialists for the Wikipedia software MediaWiki. We are the developers of BlueSpice, the open source wiki for companies, which is used in more than 160 countries and has over 1,000,000 downloads.

We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, standardized enterprise software. Our software integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.

We also deliver the full range of services: from planning, installation, and development to maintenance and support. Our specialized team of more than 40 employees ensures that the wikis of more than 250 customers from all industries and in three continents are optimally planned, implemented, and supported.

You are fascinated by the possibilities of AI but realistic about usage scenarios? You know how to make LLMs outperform? You love to dig into details of data and knowledge documentation? We are looking for an AI Engineer to implement more AI features in our Wiki-Software BlueSpice.

• Ideally, you have completed training in AI.
• You have experience with prompting state-of-the-art LLMs.
• You worked with Python and LangChain in particular.
• You have an understanding of data ingestion and metadata design.
• You understand the requirements of a production environment regarding security, reliability, and compliance.
• You have an understanding of and interest in open-source technology and cooperative, open development models.
• You can organize yourself very well, have an understanding of priorities, and adhere to implementation deadlines.
• You are fluent in English, and you understand German.
