What we do

We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, standardized enterprise software. Our software integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.

We also deliver the full range of services: from planning, installation, and development to maintenance and support. Our specialized team of more than 40 employees ensures that the wikis of more than 250 customers from all industries and in three continents are optimally planned, implemented, and supported.

Who we are looking for

You have your head in the cloud but your feet on the ground? You can deploy to Kubernetes but that’s not enough for you? Cause you know how a cloud system works and can handle the components. We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer for our BlueSpice cloud environment.

Your core tasks

  • You operate our cloud and manage customer instances of BlueSpice.
  • You ensure that the cloud system is in a good shape by monitoring it.
  • You maintain the cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Gitlab pipelines and helm charts.
  • You optimize service for security, stability and performane of core components, such as Galera, OpenSearch, Grafana and MongoDB.

If you also have the following skills, we should get to know each other

  • Ideally, you have completed training in cloud computing.
  • You understand the requirements of a production environment regarding security, reliability, and compliance.
  • You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • You have strong Linux administration skills.
  • You know monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • You have an understanding of and interest in open-source technology and cooperative, open development models.
  • You can organize yourself very well, understand priorities, and adhere to implementation deadlines.
  • You are fluent in English, and you understand German.
