About contextra

contextra is a management consulting firm specializing in organizational development and knowledge management for small and medium-sized enterprises in the DACH region. contextra was founded by Max Meusel, who, with over 15 years of hands-on experience in leadership roles at medium-sized companies and proven expertise in change management, provides strategic and operational support to companies undergoing transformation.

The service portfolio is complemented by the introduction of BlueSpice as a technical component for structured knowledge documentation. The goal is to make knowledge collectively accessible and to establish it within the company’s culture and processes over the long term.

Unlike complex, resource-intensive corporate solutions, contextra develops pragmatic knowledge transfer strategies tailored precisely to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. In addition to analyzing existing information flows, the company identifies immediate knowledge risks, trains users and provides them with technical support, and implements user-friendly digital tools that integrate seamlessly into the teams’ work environment. This helps reduce the onboarding time for new employees and minimize knowledge loss due to employee turnover, while increasing efficiency and ensuring the company’s performance and innovation capabilities.

Whether it involves further developing organizational structure and culture, designing knowledge processes, or implementing BlueSpice, contextra combines customized analysis, well-founded planning, and operational support to create a strategic competitive advantage for organizations.
