We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, standardized enterprise software. Our software integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.

We also deliver the full range of services: from planning, installation, and development to maintenance and support. Our specialized team of more than 40 employees ensures that the wikis of more than 250 customers from all industries and in three continents are optimally planned, implemented, and supported.

Do you ensure a smooth jump when changing systems? For migrations from other systems such as Confluence to BlueSpice, we are looking for a (Lead) Specialist for Data Migration (m/f/d).

• You plan, prepare, and execute migrations of systems such as Confluence or DokuWiki to BlueSpice.
• You analyze customer data and structures, ensuring high data quality.
• They accompany our customers throughout the entire migration process—from initial planning to successful handover.
• You systematically document project findings and use them to derive concrete improvement measures.
• You will work closely with development and product management to continuously improve our migration scripts and tools.

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, data management, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in data migration, system integration, or comparable IT projects.
• You have a good knowledge of PHP programming and apply this confidently in projects.
• You have experience working with complex data structures and scripting, for example with Python or PowerShell.
• Ideally, you have a good knowledge of common content management systems.
• You have experience in implementing software projects and feel confident working in a project-oriented environment.
• You work analytically, in a structured manner, and always with a focus on solutions.
• You are highly customer-oriented and enjoy working directly with users.
• You show interest in continuous professional development.
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie über gute Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift.
