We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, standardized enterprise software. Our software integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.

Who we are looking for

You have everything under control in the office? Do you juggle all the challenges and tasks of day-to-day operations with ease? We are looking for an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) to support our team. You will also take on accounting tasks.

Your core tasks

  • You will be responsible for office organization in day-to-day operations.
  • You will support the accounting department concerning all necessary tasks.
  • You will be responsible for dunning and clarification of partial payments.
  • You will be responsible for telephone and written correspondence with customers and partners.

If you also have the following skills, we should get to know each other

  • You have completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
  • You have several years of professional experience. People returning to work are of course welcome.
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications.
  • Ideally, you have experience with DATEV and the CRM Odoo.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner.
