CL|BS – Christine Luzolo Business Services

Christine Luzolo founded the CLBS Project Office in 2021. As an experienced consultant, she supports companies across all industries in optimizing business processes, successfully implementing certification projects, and dealing with acute project bottlenecks—both strategically and operationally.

CLBS focuses on process management, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, and related management systems. The service portfolio is complemented by agile project management and structured support for data migrations. The goal is to implement complex requirements efficiently, securely, and in a practical manner.

CLBS stands for a holistic consulting approach. Processes are not viewed in isolation, but are consistently aligned with the reality of the company. The results are reliable key figures, successful audits, consistent data sets, and solutions that grow with the company. Standardized templates are deliberately avoided, as they do not make a sustainable contribution to the further development of organizations.

The success of this approach is reflected in long-term customer relationships. FOXGroup emphasizes competence, solution orientation, and reliability and continues the collaboration. TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH – Mobility and Drive Center Heimsheim also decided to extend the collaboration after successful audits. Kramer & Crew describes CLBS as a reliable partner and a true team player. Hallo Welt! GmbH also benefited from the collaboration with CLBS and valuable, practical insights at the BlueSpice Product Days.

Whether it’s audit preparation, ISO certification, process optimization, or project management, the CLBS project office stands for reliability, professional competence, and measurable added value for companies that want to improve their processes in the long term.
