We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, standardized enterprise software. Our software integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.
We also deliver the full range of services: from planning, installation, and development to maintenance and support. Our specialized team of more than 30 employees ensures that the wikis of more than 250 customers from all industries and in three continents are optimally planned, implemented, and supported.
Who we are looking for
You are a pro at customer acquisition? You know your way around B2B software or SaaS sales? Open source and knowledge management are topics that inspire you? We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our success nationally and internationally.
Your core tasks
- You will independently process inbound and outbound leads with regard to identifying contact persons, establishing contact, and qualifying leads.
- You will conduct initial consultations, prepare needs analyses (discovery), and map decision-making processes.
- You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations with use cases tailored to the target audience.
- You will be responsible for standardized sales processes with contract sizes of up to €125,000.
- You will hand over more complex opportunities to a senior account executive or develop them further together.
- You will achieve and exceed your KPIs (number of qualified leads, closing rate, pipeline volume, revenue).
- You use and maintain CRM and sales tools for documentation and forecasting.
- You will work closely with marketing (lead generation, content), product, and presales teams.
- You will be actively involved in the further development of sales processes, sales materials, and sales pitches.
If you also have the following skills, we should get to know each other
- You have at least 2–4 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
- You have excellent knowledge of prospecting and qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger, GPCT, etc.).
- You have experience working with sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar).
- You are strong in presentation, storytelling, and objection handling.
- You have a head for numbers and are analytical—forecasts, KPIs, and reports are familiar territory for you.
- You are highly self-motivated, structured in your approach to work, and clearly goal-oriented.
- You demonstrate resilience and frustration tolerance in challenging sales phases.
- You have very good written and spoken German skills and good English skills.
- You have an interest in or affinity for open source, knowledge management, or enterprise software.
- You are willing to attend occasional on-site appointments or trade fair visits (approx. 10–15%).
