We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, standardized enterprise software. Our software integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.

We also deliver the full range of services: from planning, installation, and development to maintenance and support. Our specialized team of more than 30 employees ensures that the wikis of more than 250 customers from all industries and in three continents are optimally planned, implemented, and supported.

Who we are looking for

Do you want to get started in B2B software sales, qualify leads, and learn how professional sales works? Then we are looking for you as a Sales Trainee—with a clear role, clearly defined goals, and real development prospects.

Your tasks

  • You qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, the website, and events.
  • You actively engage in outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and telephone.
  • You identify relevant contacts and specific needs.
  • You conduct initial meetings and qualification calls.
  • You hand over qualified opportunities to the account executives in a structured manner.
  • You maintain leads and carefully document all activities in the CRM system.
  • You work closely and in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.

These are the skills you bring to the table

  • You have previous experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or the software industry; motivated career changers with a strong interest in the field are also welcome.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a structured, meticulous approach to your work.
  • You have a strong interest in software, IT, or digital products.
  • You have very good German skills and good English skills.
  • You are motivated to learn and willing to take on responsibility.
