What we do

We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, future-oriented enterprise software. Our application integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and global standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.

We also deliver the full range of services: from planning, installation, and development to maintenance and support. Our specialized team of more than 40 employees ensures that the wikis of more than 250 customers from all industries and in three continents are optimally planned, implemented, and supported.

Who we are looking for

Do you like talking about technology? Preferably in a way that everyone understands? We are looking for a Software Training Specialist (m/f/d) to professionally conduct trainings for our open source wiki software BlueSpice and to participate in trade fairs and conferences.

Your core tasks

  • You plan trainings – online or on-site – for BlueSpice MediaWiki, carry them out and follow them up.
  • You develop training documents and manuals and continuously improve them.
  • You present our company and our open-source wiki software at trade fairs and conferences.
  • You provide technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You will work closely with product management, sales, and marketing to optimize our customer communication.

If you also have the following skills, we should get to know each other

  • You have a degree in (business) informatics, education, technical communication, or a comparable qualification.
  • As an alternative, you have completed vocational training in an IT environment or have professional experience as a technical editor.
  • You are highly didactic and enjoy communicating complex content in an understandable way.
  • You have a technical understanding and a genuine interest in our software and its functionalities.
  • You are experienced in conducting trainings, workshops or presentations.
  • You stand out for your excellent communication skills and teaching talent.
  • You are willing to travel to attend trade fairs, customer meetings or trainings.
  • You work independently, structured and at the same time team-oriented.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
