Perfect, because we are looking for a Support Agent (m/f/d, full-time) to enhance our customer support.

Your core tasks at Hallo Welt! GmbH are:

  • You are the interface between the customer and the programmer. This means that you remain with the IT department staff until a customer problem is closed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that customer requests and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • You monitor incoming support requests, ensure a quick initial response, contact the customer immediately, and ensure that the support request is processed quickly.
  • You consistently follow up on support requests, keep track of tasks and efforts, and prioritize tasks in close cooperation with support and service management.

If you also have the following skills, we should get to know each other:

  • You have a quick grasp of things and can quickly get to the heart of technical problems.
  • You always remain friendly, solution-oriented and are good at explaining things.
  • You are comfortable describing and documenting technical problems and contexts precisely.
  • To fully flourish in this position, you have basic programming knowledge and have already worked intensively with various web applications. Ideally, you know how to set up web servers and web applications on your own (don’t worry, we will teach you if needed).
  • You are fluent in English and German; you have no inhibitions to talk to customers on the phone.
  • You understand business customer requirements (data protection, processes, responsibilities)
  • You work conscientiously, you are reliable, punctual, and organized.
  • Working with ticket systems is your world.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with IT support.
