We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, standardized enterprise software. Our software integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.

We also deliver the full range of services: from planning, installation, and development to maintenance and support. Our specialized team of more than 40 employees ensures that the wikis of more than 250 customers from all industries and in three continents are optimally planned, implemented, and supported.

Who we are looking for

Usability and wireframes are your world? Do you take accessibility seriously and implement software for an unrestricted user experience? To further improve usability and accessibility, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on accessibility to play a key role in shaping the future of our software.

Your core tasks

  • You will quickly and systematically develop the front end of our software and optimize it for various end devices.
  • You will implement screen designs and functionalities.
  • You will ensure the accessibility of our software by monitoring compliance with the Accessibility Improvement Act and WCAG guidelines in a digital context, thereby guaranteeing an unrestricted user experience for all users of our wikis.
  • In close cooperation with product management, you will improve the usability of BlueSpice, ensuring the standardization of the interface and improvements in user experience
  • You will advise and support product development in the creation of concepts.

If you also have the following skills, we should get to know each other

  • Ideally, you have a degree in UX/UI design and/or 5 to 10 years of experience in UX/UI design or web development.
  • You have an eye for the precise implementation of designs and master any technical hurdles that arise.
  • You have experience in the implementation of legal accessibility requirements according to BITV 2.0.
  • You have an understanding of and interest in open-source technology and cooperative, open development models.
  • You have experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You are accustomed to working with ticket systems, test environments and Git. You are no stranger to Bootstrap and LESS.
  • You can organize yourself very well, have an understanding of priorities and adherence to implementation deadlines.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
