What we do

We are fascinated by the task of developing easy-to-use, future-oriented enterprise software. Our application integrates state-of-the-art frameworks, new technologies, and global standards. We optimize, automate, test, and publish it in our cloud services or as a server solution.

We also deliver the full range of services: from planning, installation, and development to maintenance and support. Our specialized team of more than 40 employees ensures that the wikis of more than 250 customers from all industries and in three continents are optimally planned, implemented, and supported.

Are you good at explaining technical concepts to others? Then Hallo Welt! GmbH in Regensburg is the perfect place for you!

Your core tasks

  • You ensure that support requests and problems are resolved quickly, professionally, and competently.
  • Your main task here is to analyze technical issues and software malfunctions.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues via our ticket system (Easy Redmine) and assist with documenting solutions.
  • You also keep an eye on the questions in our user forums and help with technical issues in the community.

If you also have the following skills, we should get to know each other

  • You have basic programming skills and have already worked with web applications.
  • You have good organizational and communication skills and are not afraid to take the initiative when talking to customers.
  • You are quick on the uptake and can quickly grasp technical problems.
  • You always remain friendly and solution-oriented.
  • You are good at describing and documenting technical contexts precisely.

  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
