FAQ
Prices & discounts
Find the right answer to your question.
Our prices are based firstly on the users in the system and secondly on whether customers stay within our standard offering or have special requirements and then fall into our Indigo program.
We understand “standard” to mean:
- We handle all our services on the basis of our subscription agreement and our GTC.
- The effort for configuration, migration or customization remains below 50 hours and can be implemented without major planning and project management.
The “indigo” program is designed for customers with special needs in customer service, customization or contract issues. For example:
- consideration of complex special procedures in software delivery or in cooperation with third parties,
- major specific customizations of a customer system or other services that require a personal project manager and permanent contact person for the customer,
- the consideration of customer-specific security policies, the handling via a Master Service Agreement (for example, also an EVB-IT contract) or customer-specific conditions, which are often the subject of a tender.
For the organization of the necessary contacts, documentation, procedures and services, we charge an additional fee with the annual subscription. We have named these special subscriptions “indigo”: A play on words with the blue hue, where “indi” stands for “individual” and “go” for “get started”.
Simply contact us and we’ll discuss whether indigo is the right service level for you.
Our pricing policy is designed to offer the best value for money for an outstanding enterprise wiki. In this respect, we treat all customers equally and do not negotiate individual subscription prices or daily rates.
We give a discount on software subscription to registered non-profit organizations that are not governmental, academic or commercial and are not affiliated with any religious community or political party.
Discounts are available for resellers as part of our partner program.
