Hallo Welt! service providers do not have access to the data in the cloud at any time. However, as the operator of the cloud, Hallo Welt! must be able to ensure trouble-free operation of the cloud infrastructure and the customer instances on a permanent basis. To do this, it may be necessary to connect to the servers. However, this is only possible for a very small group of employees. These employees are specially trained and are subject to strict confidentiality requirements.
The BlueSpice cloud services are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. The data residence is Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in the data center Frankfurt Datacenter (FRA01).
Frankfurt is currently the only available data residence. More are planned in the future.
BlueSpice pro Cloud offers an overall availability of 99.9%. The calculation of the total availability can be found in the subscription agreement in §9 Cloud Services.
Basically, we make sure that you have sufficient capacity for your wiki in each case: Space on your hard drive, enough room for your traffic, and your hardware usage (processors and memory).
