The BlueSpice Helpdesk is the central contact point for all administrators, wiki gardeners, editors and users. The helpdesk contains all relevant information on the topics: Installation and Setup and Administration and Customization of the system. It accompanies you through the first steps, but also provides useful information on overarching topics such as page sharing or workflows. You can also find our manuals and technical documentation there.
Some topics are easier to explain in action with the help of a video. Therefore, we also publish video tutorials that you can use for self-learning or training purposes.
