With the beginning of a business relationship, Hallo Welt! and its customers commit to comply with the regulations for the protection of personal data applicable in Germany. The regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and especially the regulations of the EU Data Protection Regulation ( EU GDPR) are relevant.
Hallo Welt! continuously monitors compliance with the regulations together with an external data protection officer. You can find more detailed information about our measures in our Trust&Safety Center: Data Protection and Information Security.
It is also important to us that the BlueSpice EU software is GDPR compatible. Therefore, BlueSpice supports the applicable GDPR requirements via the Privacy Center function. For example, when dealing with cookies, the proof of collected personal data or the anonymization of users.

Due to our company size, we are not required to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Nevertheless, we assume that the requirements of the CCPA are covered by us.
