Our service and support package offers companies the most convenient billing method and can be used for almost all services. In addition to favorable conditions, the package includes attractive billing units of 5 minutes. The following services can be billed via the quota:

Documentation in the ticket system

All customer requests and our corresponding services are recorded in our ticket system, so that you retain full control over the billable support services.
